About
My Background
I graduated from Grant MacEwan University Massage Therapy diploma program in 2009 and quickly fell in love with helping people through massage therapy. I have experience in pre-natal and post-natal massage, dynamic myofascial cupping, treating injuries, and general wellness.
I have had many different experiences in my massage career, including mobile massage and working alongside physiotherapists & acupuncturists, which has all brought me back here to my home clinic.

I am registered and in good standing with the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada and fully licensed as a health enhancement practitioner with the City of Edmonton.

My Approach
Massage therapy is a vast practice to help alleviate muscle pain, enhance range of motion, or simply help to relax and improve sleep and positive mental health. I like to work with individuals to achieve whatever goals they may have using a variety of techniques and modalities.

I use a variety of techniques tailored to your specific needs. If you are looking to de-stress, relieve muscle and joint tension, or maintain your health for body and mind, I can work with you to find the best combination of technique and pressure needed to reach your wellness goals.
I can also assist in relief of pain and tension due to injury, or pre and post natal symptoms.

Dynamic Myofascial Cupping
Dynamic cupping is a soft tissue therapy that promotes healing by creating a negative pressure or suction on the skin using silicone cups that pull up underlying tissues, blood, and other fluids to the surface of the skin. A myofascial cupping treatment uses a combination of massage and negative pressure to lift, separate and stretch underlying soft tissue tension and can treat various musculoskeletal conditions, pain, and common injuries. It can also create relaxation by stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system.
